Dr. Lital Kathein

Dr. Lital Kathein is an expert cosmetic injector, having performed thousands of facial aesthetic procedures in South Florida. A strong believer in knowledge sharing, she has traveled around the country training other medical professionals in Botox and filler injections. Dr. Kathein was hand-selected to be a National GAIN Trainer for Galderma and has injected in front of a live audience of injectors at Allergan’s Master Expert Series. Her practice is the proud recipient of the Presidential Elite Award from Galderma, the maker of Restylane, Dysport and Sculptra, a prestigious honor given to the top 1% of practices in the country.

Dr. Kathein discovered her passion for facial aesthetics in 2011 and has since accumulated a strong following of happy and loyal patients. Born in Israel, Dr. Kathein moved to Miami at the age of 10. After finishing high school at the top of her class in 1998, she went on to complete her BS in Biology and a minor in Psychology within three years from FIU in 2001. She then obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 2005.

Dr. Kathein is a conservative injector who goes about her craft with precision, purpose, a gentle touch, and a compassionate nature. Over the years, her natural-looking results have attracted thousands of patients organically to her practice, via word of mouth. Today, Dr Kathein's practice purchases more Botox and filler than 99% of practices in the country. As of January 2023, The Beauty Clinic is ranked #2 in the entire region across all Galderma brands (Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra). When she’s not in the office, Dr. Kathein enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and several cats. She loves animals, traveling, staying active, film, art, and photography.

Nicole Fernandez, APRN

Nicole Fernandez, APRN is a highly regarded cosmetic injector and a skin laser expert. She follows a conservative approach that has been widely appreciated by her patients. She is extremely experienced in the utilization of Botox and fillers to restore a more refreshed, youthful appearance. Using proprietary techniques and her extensive knowledge on facial anatomy, symmetry, and proportion, she has helped her patients look younger and more rejuvenated without surgery.

Nicole, professionally known as “Nurse Nikki,” is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. A South Florida native, she attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies and obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Miami. Nurse Nikki’s experience ranges from inpatient intensive care to outpatient medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Throughout her years in the aesthetic field, she has received advanced training in cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation procedures, and skin laser treatments. As a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Nicole continues to stay up to date with the latest advancements in facial aesthetics.

Nurse Nikki's unique blend of artistic and technical skills and frequent participation at continuing education courses ensure that her patients always receive the latest, most-effective treatments possible. She takes pride in her work and enjoys educating her patients on all aspects of their care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, taking Orange Theory classes, and traveling.

Alejandra Ramirez, APRN

Alejandra Ramirez, APRN, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine. Born in Peru and raised in Davie, Florida, Alejandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2015, where she graduated with highest honors. She also received her Master's degree from NSU.

Alejandra is compassionately nicknamed "Nurse Ale" (pronounced "Ally"). She brings a wealth of experience to her craft, having worked for several years in a hospital setting in critical care, medical and plastic surgery. In addition, she has worked conducting clinical research prior to becoming an aesthetic injector.

Nurse Ale has received advanced training in cosmetic injectables and skin rejuvenation procedures that take into account each patient’s unique anatomy and goals. She stays current with the latest advancements in facial aesthetics through frequent continuing education and local seminars.

Alejandra is dedicated to providing the best care for her patients and takes pride in educating them every step of the way, taking into consideration their input and concerns. Her down-to-earth and kind demeanor is appreciated by her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, country music, and exercising.
