Botox/Dysport

Botox and Dysport are FDA approved neurotoxins that temporarily soften muscle movement to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

A few drops of Botox/Dysport are injected with a tiny needle into the muscle that is causing the wrinkle. Over the next five to seven days, the Botox/Dysport effect begins. The Botox/Dysport blocks motor impulses of the muscle, which weakens the muscle and causes the wrinkles in the overlying skin to gradually soften and often disappear.

Botox/Dysport
for Smoother Skin

Helps diminish wrinkles by relaxing the underlying muscles that cause them. The areas we commonly treat are: 1) frown lines 2) forehead lines 3) around the eyes, or crow’s feet 4) brow lift 5) the lower face, including the chin, mouth, and nose 6) lip flip 7) gummy smile 8) neck muscles.

Botox/Dysport
for Headaches and TMJ or Jaw Pain

Helps reduce headaches that are caused from clenching and grinding of the teeth by relaxing the muscles of mastication. The areas we treat are: 1) jaw muscles and 2) temple muscles.

Botox/Dysport
for excessive sweating

Helps reduce hyperhidrosis by blocking the nerves responsible for activating sweat glands. In those with hyperhidrosis, the nerves that signal the sweat glands are overactive. When you receive Botox/Dysport injections directly into the area of the body that commonly sweats, the overactive nerves become very weak.
